By accessing and using the services of North Florida Mobile Notary, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Any participation in our mobile notary services will constitute acceptance of this agreement.
North Florida Mobile Notary provides on-demand, traveling notary public services across North Florida. Our notaries verify the identity of signers, witness the signing of documents, and administer oaths or affirmations as required by Florida law. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice or draft legal documents.

If a signer fails to meet any of these requirements, the notary is legally obligated to refuse service. Travel fees may still apply for the dispatched notary.
Notarization fees are strictly regulated by the State of Florida. Additional convenience and travel fees apply for our mobile service. A custom quote will be provided and agreed upon prior to dispatch. Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior invoicing arrangements have been established.
North Florida Mobile Notary and its agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, or resulting from the content of the documents notarized.
